My Surprise Baby Shower

Im sorry. I know I owe u guys 2 posts but i can only pre post one entry at the moment since i have not been well lately, down with mild fever, flue..terrified with the H1N1..gosh..i guess its all part and parcel of becoming a mother..a 'Strong' one!

One thing for sure, I just got to share with you on what had happened last Sunday. I was asleep the whole afternoon after buying a bouquet of pink roses for my bestfriend, Veen. She's throwing a birthday party in the evening at Delicious Marc Service Residence. My hubby woke me up a few times becoz he knew that no matter what, i really cannot missed this one. And so i finally woke up, and at that time my hubby was all ready and set to go. I rushed myself and we left home at about 5 pm. The party was supposed to start at 5pm. I was late!

As i was there, suddenly Veen came to me and said
" Iza,welcome to your Baby Shower Party"

Hubby was smiling and so does everyone. I was so shock! Speechless..amazed with the beautiful decor...just like what I've always imagined..small crowd, intimate moment with my loved ones. Veen has been planning this for almost a month, and my hubby n Qme have been conspiring with her all the while. Im so touched.

Here's the Party favour made from love. A personalised mix cd with songs for mommies, daddies, aunties, uncles and babies, a teddy bear keychain, personalised fridge magnet "Iza & Yad's Baby Shower" and "It's a Boy", 'It's a Girl" peppermint candies :) Perfectly done by VeenWith my BFFs.....Veen, Myself and Qme :) Thank you Veen for being so dear to me. We have been through a lot together..10 years of true friendship. To My darling hubby thank you for never failed to make me happy. To Qme thank you for always being there for me no matter how far you are..and to Yes, thank you for being so sweet & kind to me.

Mummy and Baby(in my tummy) are both very happy and we felt so blessed to have such wonderful people around us.

" i like to move it..move it"

Just got back from my regular monthly check up and alhamdulillah, everything went well. My baby has been developing very good, has started moving actively...it was so amazing.I almost had a tear falling. Wish i have record it but i was too happy seeing those little feet kicking, and his body moving around..awww..just so really comel :) that i cant seem to think of anything else but our little cutie.

Ive passed the 1st trimester..Yeay..and no more morning sickness...another yeay..hehe. At the moment, i am pretty busy with work..urghh..not so yeay...and will be more busy this coming next 2 months..urghh!! euwwww :(

I wish i could write more but gotta things to work on. Before i signed off, I would like to thank my best friend Veen for the lovely gift..i so love the book and it does help me a lot! Yeay!Isnt it a good thing!

Qimie's Hen Night: The Invitation is out!

Wow..its coming..its coming really fast. If u read my past entry that was posted on July 26, 2008 i wrote about how excited i was when my bestfriend's wanted me to host her special hen night and now OMG we have like less than a month to go. The theme is going to be Gothic Evil vs Angel. So whose gonna be the angel and whose the evil...hahaha..i bet u have a clue..we even have a head and an assistance of evil.....hahaha..So i have design and come out with a poster that looks very GOTHIC, wut do u think?ok tak?

To bride to be, no worries..everything is on track! We are about 80% ready and hopefully everything went well, insyaallah.

Happy Birthday My Baby Love!

On 2.2 My hubby turned 33....OMG my baby is 33 today.
Unlike past years, this year around we chose to have the celebration with our family at our home :) My darling hubby was pretty shock (happy shock off course) the moment he saw his bday cake. Yes!mission accomplished! Only god knows the trouble i have gone through just to get the big smile on his face. It was not so the trouble la..hehe..wut i did was i went to almost 6 bakeries to get the exact cake that i wanted and finally Secret Recipe managed to convince me. Surprisingly they even offered me a very reasonable price . So i chose Secret Receipe and yes i am very satisfied. The funny part was that I even received compliments from them..believe it or not they said that my cake was the coolest cake ever.Waaa..they hv got to be kidding..LOL! They even took some photos of my cake for sample..i should have be getting more discount right? But i was too happy that i dont even bother to ask..hehe..

Before the party started, the bday boy served tea to our honourable guest, none other than our beloved parentsss :) So here was the climax part, cake cutting and making wishes with all his beloved people around him. This is our family :)

I so envy my hubby...y?bcoz at the age of 33, look at the pressies he got..

Look, my hubby...smiling with content while reading my birthday card. I wrote a really really long bday wishes..dont ask what i wrote but wut i can share with u is that i even put my wish list for my coming bday in May..specifically on 6 May yeah everyone..hint*hint* ahaksafter opening pressies, here comes our compulsary activity, its KARAOKE time!! hehe..masuk coins..masuk coins..bak kata Kak Gurl the karaoke artis of the month :) Hey,what is my hubby doing in that tupperware? hehe...it means its time to pack and sayonara. Its a wrap. Everyone left with full stomach and big grin on their face and its time for me to basuh pinggan n kemas rumah.

Something for my kids, Cumi & Cino :)

I bought this cool 3 in 1 cat's bowl + food container + water dispenser from a local pet shop for rm110.They look good and are really sturdy with top quality plastic. They wash and wear well too. Amazing quality and value for money. I know that Cumi and Cino loves it too as they get to drink fresh water and eat crunchy food all the time! Meeeeeooowwwww~~ isnt it a good thing?

I've always wanted to have a fireplace.. i mean just the mock up at our living room but hubby does not really fond of the idea..one thing for sure i wont give up although it has dragged me almost a year..i will keep bugging him until he says YES...hehe...wish me luck! This is the exact mock up of d fireplace ive always wanted...huhu.. There is something abt this photo tht i want to share.
