My Surprise Baby Shower

Im sorry. I know I owe u guys 2 posts but i can only pre post one entry at the moment since i have not been well lately, down with mild fever, flue..terrified with the H1N1..gosh..i guess its all part and parcel of becoming a mother..a 'Strong' one!

One thing for sure, I just got to share with you on what had happened last Sunday. I was asleep the whole afternoon after buying a bouquet of pink roses for my bestfriend, Veen. She's throwing a birthday party in the evening at Delicious Marc Service Residence. My hubby woke me up a few times becoz he knew that no matter what, i really cannot missed this one. And so i finally woke up, and at that time my hubby was all ready and set to go. I rushed myself and we left home at about 5 pm. The party was supposed to start at 5pm. I was late!

As i was there, suddenly Veen came to me and said
" Iza,welcome to your Baby Shower Party"

Hubby was smiling and so does everyone. I was so shock! Speechless..amazed with the beautiful decor...just like what I've always imagined..small crowd, intimate moment with my loved ones. Veen has been planning this for almost a month, and my hubby n Qme have been conspiring with her all the while. Im so touched.

Here's the Party favour made from love. A personalised mix cd with songs for mommies, daddies, aunties, uncles and babies, a teddy bear keychain, personalised fridge magnet "Iza & Yad's Baby Shower" and "It's a Boy", 'It's a Girl" peppermint candies :) Perfectly done by VeenWith my BFFs.....Veen, Myself and Qme :) Thank you Veen for being so dear to me. We have been through a lot together..10 years of true friendship. To My darling hubby thank you for never failed to make me happy. To Qme thank you for always being there for me no matter how far you are..and to Yes, thank you for being so sweet & kind to me.

Mummy and Baby(in my tummy) are both very happy and we felt so blessed to have such wonderful people around us.

Two wrongs do not make a right

I was stuck in the middle when a friend of mine started to bad mouth another friend of ours over some personal issues. As a normal human being, off course at first i tend to believe it but when i think deeply, there's always two sides of a story. I only heard one side and yeah how true the story was, only God knows. Some people can be really good when making up stories. And for the fact of sharing it with me and others*, to me was very much unmatured. My advice, stop it, be an adult and SOLVE IT!

My productive weekend

I woke up as early as 8.00 am today..which to my record was very early considering i slept around 3 am the night before. Me n Mr Hubby Yaddie went to SK Danau Kota to watch our nephew Yul performing nasyid. I got very fascinated with his performance, not only he looked so handsome in blue baju melayu, but the way he played the tambourine with some cool moves for nasyid..hehe..really got my attention. Ahaks :)

In the afternoon, our kiddos Hana and Naufal hang around at our place. We had some drama play, i acted as Mak Som from the kids sitcom in Ceria-Hikayat Putera Shazlan, Hana as Pasha, Naufal as Putra Shazlan and my hubby as Pak Tam..hehe..kelakar sangat..but somehow Naufal the so called Shazlan couldn't bare continuing his role..he cried..aww~maybe Mak Som was too garang..hehe..opps

In the evening, me n Mr Yaddie went to my mom's place to meet our little niece Alisha..she's so cute..she just loves sitting on my laps..wish i could have snap the photo of Alisha sitting comfortably on my laps :) she looks so happy.

Tomorrow, i plan to shop at toys r us. Wanna get some cool stuff for preggers. Hopefully it is still on shelf.

Okay folks, its time to go to Dewan Merdaka. Got another concert to catch.Tata!

Sad Sunday..goodbye my friend :(

My bestfriend Qme is leaving soon...very sad for me but surely happy for her as she left for a good reason..she's gonna be the country manager in Jakarta. Way to go gurl!

This is 'us' having lunch Qme's 29th Bday come farewell at the Terrace, The Curve last Sunday. Sad again that Hana n Lily cant make it at the very last minute. Well, everyone has their priority in life, right? It was fun though but i am started to feel something is missing.Hmm..maybe it was just me n my hormonal imbalance.

wow...it took me awhile to actually start writing...hmm..where should i start?

May 2009, the month begin with me getting the additional number or AGE or +1 to be exact I turned 29 but my 29 bday was not as fancy as my previous years. No Hooha celebration..Just me n hubby having dinner n spend some quality time together..it was lovely.Thanks Hun!and.. yeah have a great bday lunch with Veen. Thanks for d lovely flowers.Love it!

May has been such a busy month for me...I'm working on 3 HR major projects and alhamdulillah all went well..we have recently successfully commenced teleworking in TM and I'm so delighted that my boss was tremendously satisfied with my work that he thinks that i deserve to have a rest for a week..can u believe it...yeay..and yes i am on leave until next Wednesday.

May I..Everyone..introduce you to YBhg Dato Abdul Aziz Abu Bakar, the Chief of Human Capital Officer of TM. He was formerly from Shell and this is Dato' giving an opening remarks during the commencement of teleworking in TM.The fat lady at the rostrum..that was me..emceeing!May has also been a horrified month when i had a very bad or should i call it the greatest pain of toothache..urghh..just imagine..i was emceeing an event live broadcast nationwide..while me having such pain of toothache, but still manage to smile, pretending everything was OK.At that point of time, i wish i can have a pain killer but NO No No..preggers can only prescribe paracetamol which doest help at all.

May all the pain dissapear...thank god my suffering moment ends when i finally decided to go to dentist to pull my tooth out. And..arghhh...NO!!it was even more painful..and i thought it will all soon heal but YES alhamdulillah..come the second day, i can now smile..becoz I'm okay now!alhamdulillah. Syukran Syukran

May was such a happening month..packed with celebrations, Mothers day, my mom's bday, my dad's bday, teachers day, youth day.. And wow sedar tak sedar its another half way to go for me to become a mommy..insyaallah. Amin

Happy Birthday My Baby Love!

On 2.2 My hubby turned 33....OMG my baby is 33 today.
Unlike past years, this year around we chose to have the celebration with our family at our home :) My darling hubby was pretty shock (happy shock off course) the moment he saw his bday cake. Yes!mission accomplished! Only god knows the trouble i have gone through just to get the big smile on his face. It was not so the trouble la..hehe..wut i did was i went to almost 6 bakeries to get the exact cake that i wanted and finally Secret Recipe managed to convince me. Surprisingly they even offered me a very reasonable price . So i chose Secret Receipe and yes i am very satisfied. The funny part was that I even received compliments from them..believe it or not they said that my cake was the coolest cake ever.Waaa..they hv got to be kidding..LOL! They even took some photos of my cake for sample..i should have be getting more discount right? But i was too happy that i dont even bother to ask..hehe..

Before the party started, the bday boy served tea to our honourable guest, none other than our beloved parentsss :) So here was the climax part, cake cutting and making wishes with all his beloved people around him. This is our family :)

Its a wrap. Everyone left with full stomach and big grin on their face and its time for me to basuh pinggan n kemas rumah.

A Delicious Evening with my Gurls

Do you believe in love at first sight? I do because the moment i saw Delicious Duo Regency at Jalan Tun Razak, i know that is THE PLACE and indeed it is d best place to chill, it has a remarkably beautiful ambiance, very soothing jazz live music and the food undeniably..super delicious! I can say that i had a perfect evening with my beautiful girls..but that wasnt just it, our lovely cutest sister Hana has just turned the BIG THREE ZERO..

I believed

Have you ever think of what u'll be in 5 years time? I have set my personal goal plan target from 2008 until 2012, documented so that it will be easier for me to measure gradually. Its very easy, just google up n ull find thousands of site that can assist u on how to set your personal goal in achieving your dreams. True that we can only plan , at the end of the day Allah yang menentukannya but always remember, only you determine what kind of person u want to be so its good to start now. OMG do i sound so boring~~gosh, my new job has leave quite an impact on me..hehe..help!

Let me share with you what i want to be in 5 years time. I want to work on my own or to be more specific, is to run my own business. Why?Okay..lets look at my current daily routine. I woke up at 6 am, sent my hubby to work at abt 6.40 and reached my office at 7.30a.m.The clock in time in TM(where i work) is at 8.30am and our clock out time is at 5.30pm. + jammed + extra hours in office, approximate of 12 hours (half day) was spend WORKING. minus 6 hours of sleeping so that makes it only abt 6 hours left to spend with your love one. Dont you think that life is too short to only have a quarter time of your day for your family. Its so not worth it!

I want a work life balance, where i can still work, earn my own money but at the same time, i have ample time for my husband and my kids (insyaallah). I want my family to be my most priority because i always believe that a happy family starts from a happy wife/mom and in Islam, syurga wanita itu terletak di suaminya. Life is not that simple, so this is why it is very important to start plan early.

Okay..okay..There is something interesting that i want to share with you today. In my personal goals, i have identified a few skills of mine that can contribute to the success of my plan. I wont share the details here because its P&C but what i can tell u is that i am looking on the opportunities in franchise business. What and when..hehe..tunggu..insyaallah ada rezeki tak kemana and of course kalau ada umurla..hehe

Something funny happened to me yesterday where i have just discovered a new talent in hairstyling. It all started when my niece wanted me to cut her hair short. Those days, i spend at least once a week at a salon near my place and yeah me being d fussy lady esp when it comes to style my hair, i always observed. So in a way i know how to actually cut a hair but never practice it. hehe..ok..my cute lil sabrina has a very straight hair so what i do was to layer it a bit justto give more volume to her hair so tara...ok tak?
So after cutting sabrina's hair..my mom and my sister were quite impressed and my sister SEELA requested me to do a new styling to her long boring straight hair..hehehe..so this is what i do..i cut her hair short at behind and leave it long at front..ala2 rambut BCL (Bunga Cinta Lestary)..hehe...so let's look what happened to my sister hair...

Tara...a new young and hip look from just a simple hair cut from home..hehe..Wut most important is that my my sister or so called my 2nd customer loves it! alhamdulillah.Okay tak?Hehe..should i consider hair styling as part of my future plan?

US and the city: "Hysterical Nite!"

Friday nite, KLCC and the three of us, what more can I ask for? It all started of me wanting to watch the recent local horor movie Histeria too much that i have to drag my girls along.haha..unfortunately my good intention of supporting our local industry was not really paid off since histeria the movie does not give me the expectation that i have always envisioned. I guessed watching histeria with my two bestfriends, Qme and Hana was even more hysterical..haha..esp Hana yang Over hiding behind her shawl and suddenly terkejut ng mamat yang tetiba jer lari kat blkg our seats!haha..that was hysterical!

Just after the movie, around 11.30 pm, we went to DOME for a cup of tea. Although it was kinda late but we just need the half n hour time to share just about everyting but definitly no GOSSIPS. Oh yeah did i tell you that hana had this crazy idea of exchanging gifts for the new year? Since its kinda uncertain to meet during new year so we decided to have it on the same nite. But you know what?Such crazy idea can turned out the greatEST! Its was fun getting those little things but indeed very personal. Let the pictures do the talking. Keep on scrolling :)

My Chin is up..yes im smiling..i had a great weekend. Thank you hubby, Seeda, Seepi and my ex- schoolmates for making my weekend so beautiful and not forgotten to Sheila Majid for making my closing weekend a remarkable one.

Mr Cool Yaddie
My darling Yaddie went abroad for another round of negotiation in Turkmenistan from Monday until Sunday. At first, I was kinda pissed bcoz my two fave people, Seeda & Seepi is coming over this weekend and hubby will not be around..urghh! But One fine Saturday morning, my phone rang, yeah it was my Yaddie and tara..guess what? he was already at Bangkok!..and his flight to KL is about another 2-3 hours.Yeay he made it!

Seeda & Seepi (Ida & Epi) arrived KL on Friday afternoon. One of our mission over the weekend was for me to learn how to make Seepi's Mom Speciality, Nasi Lemak BJ. So what we did on that Friday nite was to prepare the ingredients for the sambal that involved from cutting the dried chilis into pieces, boiled em',toast em' and blend em!

The next morning, around 6 am, we were all enthusiastically awake and ready to cook nasi lemak. Lots of funny tragedy happened that morning haha but alhamdulillah we managed and successfully made around 20 bungkus of delicous nasi lemak. Around 8.30 am, i started doing the nasi lemak delivery to my MIL(mother in law) and my parents home and yes they loved it!Yes mission accomplished!

After a rush morning making Seepi & Seeda secret recipe nasi lemak, at abt 11 am, we went to Nandos Ampang Point for our date with our ex schoolmates. It was a last minute plan and yeah last minute plan always turned out GREAT!This is us ex-SMSP:From left Yan, Seeda, Sad, Anis and Me!

At about 1.30 pm we went straight to KLIA to get my Mr Cool Yaddie...(oh baybeh here i come..hehe) Mr Yaddie just cant wait to go home to relish our nasi lemak..hehe..and yes Mr Yaddie said..SEDAPNYA...which means SUKSESS SUKSESS hehe

Sunday came and it was time for Seepi and Seeda to go. I was so sedehh because I wish time wont fly that fast..I wanted to spend more time with them.They left around 8.40 pm.

While i was lying on my bed, holding the remote control, really cant decide what to watch, suddenly it was Zoom In with Sheila @ rtm1. Yahooo...I was so happy that i cant stop myself singing until the end of the show.I love Sheila.. Percayalah...hanya kaulah di hatiku...kasih...oh yes, I love you Sheila..I had the greatest weekend ever and now i can sleep with a big grin on my face and off course with my Mr Yaddie by my side. Thank you Allah for this great life. Amin

Chillin' @ Chillis !

Last minute plan will always turned out to be the best..dont u think so?.....nahh..dont buy my words but somehow yesterday evening with my girls was GREAT!! and yes it was a last minute thing!ahaks :) and yes to my surprise i was early by 10 minutes..hehe..and yes ive changed a lot ever since becoming my hubby dedicated driver! kekeke...

At first, we planned to meet up for coffee at DOME but Qme wanted to get herself a new MIXER..this lady u know she is really hmm.. should i call her...hmm..a domestic enthusiast..hehe...she cooks, she bakes, she even do the laundry for her fiancee!! not to mention that all her fiance's shirts..she did the pressing!! by H.E.R.S.E.L.F! Bravo ! Bravo! Way to go lady! Really looking fwd to taste Qme's speciality, Muffin with oreo's topping @ Danisha's coming Bday this Saturday!Yummerss.

So...Qme finally bought herself a new mixer @ Best Denki..memang Best K..ada peng'ayak' sekali...hahahaha...i cannot help myself laughing looking at Qme practising the ayak..tak henti-henti..that shows how excited she was with her new Philips Mixer..it looks cool though!

So..here comes another last minute plan..did i tell u that we were supposed to have a chill evening at the Dome but yea..yea..yea..we ended up chillin at CHILIS!

Drama Queen?

Its already late but i cant seemed to close my eyes...maybe i had too much drama ..wut i meant ws the "TV drama"..not the drama~drama~..well at least not for tonight..ahaha....u know before i got married, i was so attached with my TV...i watched dramas from one series to another, yeah u can called it the-drama-marathon...everynite..but offcourse i was not alone..my mom was my best tv partner..hehe...somehow or rather, tonight was like one of those night i had then...never thought i can have this moment again..oh yeah did i tell u that my hubby was in Turkmenistan so i slept over at my parents place and thats the whole reason of the story of me n my dramas..hehe..wut am i talking about..i mustve watch too much drama...im such a Drama Queen! NOTT!

*missing my hubby so very much :( .. just finished watching 2 episodes of friends n now enjoying the re-run episodes of according to jim..next would be The Simpsonsssss...can somebody pls switch off my TV!!
